Bonfire Night - Autumn Nights |
||
|
With Bonfire Night just around the corner, many families and young people will be out enjoying local events and celebrations. If you're heading out, please ensure children are supervised, wear bright or reflective clothes when walking near roads and take care when crossing in poor visibility. If you are celebrating Bonfire Night, please consider attending organised displays where possible. If using fireworks at home, follow the safety instructions, keep spectators at a safe distance and be mindful of neighbours, pets and vulnerable residents who may be affected by loud noises. Officers from your Safer Neighbourhood Team will be patrolling hotspot areas during this period. As the evenings get darker, please also consider:- These events should be enjoyable for everyone, and a little extra care can help keep our communities safe.
